European Film Festival 2010 at New Delhi India!
European Union member-states, embassies and the Delegation of the European Commission in collaboration with a range of local partners arrange this festival every year. It is holding for last 15 years. The film festival is a regular initiative in presenting a selection of modern European cinema to the Indian public in major cities. 23 European movies were screened in this event to capture both local audience and those getting into city taking cheap flights to Delhi India. Delhi is liveliest Indian city. A number of events are holding here regularly throughout the year. This event successfully ran from 24 April to 20 June 2010 in four Indian cities of Goa, Mumbai, Chennai, and Delhi, and captured a large number of Delhi India flights this year. This attempt of celebrating films and having a broader perspective to various issues is also giving a chance to international filmmakers to tickle the minds of the huge audiences.
